Revolutionizing Exterior Cleaning with Drone Technology

Founded in December 2025, Altura Drone Services is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing modern exterior cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties across South Florida. We serve homeowners, property managers, HOAs, condo associations, commercial building owners, and government clients who need dependable solutions for maintaining their properties.

Our approach combines advanced drone technology with professional exterior cleaning systems to reach elevated and difficult-to-access surfaces more safely and efficiently. By reducing reliance on traditional lifts, scaffolding, and other labor-intensive methods, we help clients address challenging cleaning projects while minimizing disruption to their daily operations.

As we continue to grow across South Florida, Altura Drone Services remains committed to developing innovative cleaning solutions, delivering reliable service, and building lasting relationships with the clients and communities we serve.

The Team Behind Altura Drone Services

Charles Tarlton

Chief Executive Officer

A U.S. Navy veteran and former Naval Aviator, Charles brings decades of aviation leadership, operational discipline, and safety-focused decision-making to Altura Drone Services. His military service instilled the principles that continue to guide his leadership today: integrity, accountability, mission readiness, attention to detail, and the ability to perform safely and effectively in demanding environments.

Following his Naval aviation career, Charles continued his professional aviation journey as an airline pilot, ultimately serving as an Airline Captain. Together, these careers built a foundation centered on risk management, regulatory compliance, crew coordination, precision, and operational excellence.

Today, Charles applies that experience to Altura Drone Services, leading the company with the same mission-focused approach that defined his aviation career. Under his direction, Altura combines advanced drone technology, disciplined operating procedures, and a strong safety culture to provide innovative exterior cleaning and facility-maintenance solutions for commercial and government clients.
