Drone-Assisted Window Cleaning — The Julia, Miami

Problem
The Julia required cleaning of 71 exterior glass panels, including 48 panels with heavy buildup and 23 panels located on the ninth floor. Elevated access made a portion of the project particularly well suited for drone-assisted cleaning.
Solution
Altura used drone-assisted exterior washing with pretreatment on areas of heavy buildup. Traditional cleaning methods supplemented the drone operation where conventional access was more appropriate.
Outcome
Altura completed the project on February 9, 2026, in a single day, including all 23 ninth-floor panels. The project demonstrated how drone technology and conventional cleaning methods can work together on an elevated-access project.

Commercial Façade Cleaning — Holiday Inn Express, Plantation

Problem
The hotel’s exterior required cleaning across painted concrete masonry, poured-concrete, stucco, and EIFS surfaces. Areas of more difficult staining also required specialized treatment, all while working around the operations of an active hotel.
Solution
Altura used a combination of commercial soft washing, pressure cleaning, and targeted chemical treatment. Cleaning methods and chemical concentrations were selected according to the surface and contamination rather than applying one process throughout the property.
Outcome
Altura completed the project from August 4–7, 2026. The four-day project demonstrated the company’s ability to manage a substantial commercial exterior-cleaning operation involving multiple surfaces, cleaning processes, and specialty chemistry.

Drone-Powered Window Cleaning — Rogers House Condominiums

Problem
Rogers House required exterior glass cleaning across the condominium building. Different elevations and access conditions made relying on a single cleaning method impractical.
Solution
Altura implemented a hybrid drone-assisted and ground-based cleaning program, selecting the appropriate method according to the location and accessibility of the exterior glass.
Outcome
Altura completed the project from January 28–February 2, 2026. The project demonstrated Altura’s ability to integrate drone technology and conventional cleaning methods into a coordinated, multi-day exterior window-cleaning operation.

Multistage Façade Cleaning — Ocean Five Hotel, Miami Beach

Problem
The Ocean Five Hotel required exterior cleaning of painted cementitious stucco over concrete masonry and cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Its Miami Beach location also exposes exterior surfaces to the demanding conditions associated with a coastal environment.
Solution
Altura performed the work as a multistage exterior-cleaning project using commercial pressure- and soft-washing techniques appropriate for the building’s painted cementitious surfaces. The phased approach allowed cleaning methods to be matched to different exterior areas and conditions.
Outcome
Altura completed the project in stages from December 12, 2025–February 20, 2026, demonstrating the ability to support an active hospitality property through multiple service periods while maintaining a consistent exterior-cleaning approach.

Problem
The church required exterior cleaning of painted cementitious stucco over concrete masonry, with accumulated exterior contamination requiring removal without unnecessarily aggressive treatment of the painted surfaces.
Solution
Altura used commercial soft-wash and pressure-cleaning methods selected for the condition of the stucco and masonry surfaces. Chemical application and cleaning procedures were controlled while adjacent areas were protected throughout the project.
Outcome
Altura completed the project from August 11–12, 2026. The project demonstrated the adaptability of Altura’s commercial exterior-cleaning methods to an institutional property with painted masonry and stucco surfaces.
